Terms and Conditions

1. Delivery Timelines:

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays can occur due to unexpected circumstances. In case of delays, we will reschedule delivery for the next day.

• Laundry: Delivered within 48 hours.

• Dry Cleaning: Delivered within 120 hours.

• Express Service: Available for urgent delivery at double the regular price.

• Free Pick-up & Delivery Available for orders of 6 kg or more.

2. Inspection of Items:

Customers should inspect their items before handing them over. We are not responsible for any existing damage or issues that are not reported at the time of submission. Once the items are processed, we cannot accept complaints.

3. Final Inspection:

We will inspect all items before processing, including checking the number, weight, category, and any visible defects. After submission, we will process the items without requiring further approval from the customer.

4. Cancellations:

Once items are collected and invoiced, they cannot be returned or canceled.

If you need to cancel your order, you must do so before the pick-up person arrives, or a ₹100 cancellation fee will apply.

5. Exclusions from Services:

We do not offer laundry services for woollen items or sweatshirts.

6. Provisional Challan:

A provisional challan (receipt) will be given at pick-up with an estimated price. The final price will be confirmed at our processing facility. The challan provided by the pick-up person is not the final invoice.

7. Order Cancellation After Invoicing:

Once your order is invoiced, it cannot be cancelled.

If you still wish to cancel, full payment must be made, and the cancelled items may take up to 72 hours to be returned.

8. Invoices:

Printed invoices will be provided only upon request.

Invoices are sent electronically to the registered email or phone number (via SMS/WhatsApp).

9. Advance Payment:

Advance payment is required for all packages, express orders, orders above ₹2000 + GST, and reprocessed orders.

Payments are due at the time of delivery.

Prepaid plans can be paid by cash or cheque, with activation occurring after cheque clearance.

10. Payment Terms:

Printed invoices will only be provided if requested.

Customers must pay the full amount upon successful delivery.

Prepaid plans can be paid by cash or cheque. The plan becomes effective after the cheque is cleared.

11. Pick-up & Delivery Charges:

Pick-up and delivery charges are ₹50 each.

Charges are waived for orders above ₹350 + GST.

12. Use of Images:

We may use images of your clothes for marketing and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

13. Disputes and Jurisdiction:

Any disputes regarding services will be resolved under the laws of Haryana.

14. Delivery Inspection:

Customers should inspect their items during delivery.

Complaints about unclean clothes or delivery delays must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues not reported before delivery.

15. Stain Removal and Fabric Care:

We do not guarantee that all stains will be removed.

We are not liable for color fading, shrinkage, or other fabric-related issues.

Every effort will be made to remove stains, but some may remain, depending on the fabric and stain type.

16. Uncollected Garments:

We are not responsible for garments left uncollected for more than 7 days (for regular orders) or 15 days (for special orders) from the delivery date, unless the delay is communicated to us.

17. Liability for Lost or Damaged Garments:

If a garment is lost or damaged, our liability is limited to five times the service fee for that garment.

We are not liable for shrinkage or damage due to fabric quality.

18. Force Majeure:

We are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from events beyond our control, such as fire, theft, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

No compensation or fee reductions will apply in such cases.

19. High-Value Garments:

For garments valued over ₹5000, service charges will be calculated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the complexity of the cleaning process.

Customers will be notified of the final price at the time of booking.

We follow designer recommendations, where applicable, based on available technology.

20. Discounts:

Discounts are not valid on weekends.

A 10% discount is available for orders over ₹1000 + GST, with a maximum discount of ₹200.

21. Right to Refuse Service:

We reserve the right to refuse cleaning or service for any garment.
